That's why a separate company called ASCOM SERVICE s.r.l, consisting of fifteen field specialists and five coordinators are at disposal of our Clients for any activity related with maintenance of our lifting equipment.
Main Activities are :
SUPPORT
A Call Center with service technicians is available every working day from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7:00 p.m (Italy time) to discuss about technical problems over the telephone, exchanging pictures via e-mail of the problem which is affecting the mobile marine lift, helping the client for troubleshooting etc.
REPAIR
ASCOM SERVICE s.r.l and our Assistance Centers guarantee on site intervention In the event of serious breakdowns which need emergency support and service.
SPARE PARTS
ASCOM SERVICE s.r.l warehouse is well-stocked with components and spare parts to be shipped worldwide according to Customer's requests. Some parts are also available at our local Assistance Centers.
MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
ASCOM SERVICE S.R.L can propose customized scheduled maintenance contracts, based on Clients needs.
